ZomBCon call for volunteers

The world’s 1st zombie convention, ZomBCon, will take place in Seattle starting October 29th. While it’s not a Wallingford event, I know a few of you Wallyhoodies were on the #26 bus before & after we zombies broke the 2009 world record back in July.

So, to all of you Wallingford zombies — there’s a call for volunteers to work the convention with some nice little freebies tossed in.  To register as a volunteer, go to www.zomBcon.com/volunteers or stop by Fremont’s The Red Door this Saturday, October 9 at 3:00-6:00 pm to get the scoop.

This is serious stuff, folks.  Even Bruce Campbell is going to be at the convention, and nobody disintegrates zombies like Bruce!

And for the living, a tip:  keep some cilantro in your pocket.  It’ll keep the zombies at bay.  I am not kidding.
