What in the Wallingford

Jordan Jordan March 16, 2011 Comments are off

It’s that time again (theme music please): What in the Wallingford, where you, the reader, try to identify a photo taken in Wallingford in the hopes of winning fabulous prizes donated by Wallingford businesses.

First, the answer to last week’s puzzle. At left, the puzzling picture, and, at right, a slightly more recognizable shot of this lovely bit of yard art located over on Corliss Ave between 42nd and 43rd.

We received several correct answers (and a few incorrect answers), but congratulations to Andrew, selected at random from the several correct answers we received. He’s the winner of two free rentals at Scarecrow Video!

And now for this week’s contest. Can you identify the photo below? If so, fill in the form at the bottom of this post with your guess (if you’re reading this in e-mail or on the P-I, click here to respond). Winner will be announced next and will be awarded their choice of a $10 gift card to Smash Wine Bar or 50% off a house cleaning from Green Clean Seattle (3 hr minimum).
