Cheers to Wallingford Business Expo

Chris Witwer April 19, 2011 6 Comments

Last month, we told you the Wallingford Chamber of Commerce was soliciting vendors for the first annual “Cheers to Wallingford” Business Expo.  Now we get to tell you that the vendors are all in place, and the Expo is here!

What: First ever Wallingford Business Expo
When: Thursday, April 21 4pm – 7pm
Where: Wine World Warehouse, just off I-5 at 400 NE 45th St
Cost: Nada, zilch, free!

The Wallingford Neighborhood Office says, “Everyone is welcome!  Come enjoy the best that Wallingford has to offer.  Delight in delicacies from local restaurants and bars.  Be entertained, impressed, and amazed by demonstrations from local businesses.  And, of course, sample wine from some of Wine World’s own select wine merchants.”

The following vendors are participating in this inaugural annual event: Bandolero  Restaurant, Chutney’s Indian Bistro, Irwin’s Cafe and Bakery, Jodee’s Fresh and Organic Desserts, Mighty-O Donuts, Perche No Pasta & Vino, Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizza, Wallingford QFC, Wine World, Fuerte Fitness, Kerala Ayurveda Academy and Clinic, Pharmaca, School of Oom Yung Doe, Serene C Seattle Advanced Bodywork, Sound Mind and Body Gym, Tangletown Pilates, 4 Your Eyes Only Optical, AllState Insurance, BGI Printing, Curtis and Emmons Architects, Cutz Meridian Spa and Salon, Edge Tech Repair, Family Works / Changes, Fremont Community School, KeyBank – Wallingford, Pacific Publishing, Murphy & Dombrowski – Key2SeattleRealEstate.com, Pacific Coast Financial LLC, Seattle Bank, Serene Coaching, Lolalu Design, Sustainable Wallingford, University House, Wallingford Center

Parking is limited on the Wine World lot, so you might want to consider street parking, carpooling or busing to the event!

Also, Coaching Lolalu Designs is incorrect. It should be Serene Coaching, Lolalu Design.

Fixed. You might want to notify the Chamber or WEaving Wallingford since they had it listed the same way.

Hi, Gayle! I called Wine World, and they said yeah, bring your kids, bring your baby. No problem. Actually, she said, “As long as the kids aren’t drinking wine, we don’t have a problem with that.”

Which I assume would be how you feel about the subject as well. 😉
