Wallingford’s Salon Metro (1714 N. 45th St.) is hosting “Pink Party: Curls For The Cure” on Tuesday, October 18, from 6-8 pm. Part fundraising for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and part curly hair 101, the salon will provide snacks and sips as well as two curly hair styling demos and product consultation from Ouidad, which will match donations dollar for dollar. There will also be a silent auction and a raffle drawing for hair products and services, and the first 20 people will receive swag bags valued at $40! Here’s a list of the raffle and auction goodies:
