Wallyhood Pumpkin Carving Contest

Carving by Jacob and Jarrod

The Second Annual Wallyhood Pumpkin Carving Contest is on, so bring it!

Just like last year, we’re asking you to send us your best carving, your spookiest scene, your visual pun.  Or whatever you got.  Now through November 2nd, just email us a photo of your carved Jack-o’-lantern for a chance to win fun prizes donated by our super awesome neighbors, Archie McPhee.

We’re going to simplify things a bit by choosing just two winning categories this year:  Best Adult Carving, and Best Kid Carving.  Interpret those categories however you like. We’ll put together a slide show of entries and post ‘em here on Wallyhood so everyone can vote for their favorites.

Be sure to send your Jack-o’-lantern pics to us at blog(at)wallyhood.org by 11:59 pm Wednesday, November 2nd.  Even if you don’t carve a pumpkin this year, look for our slide show of entries on Thursday, November 3 and vote for your favorites!  Winners will be announced here on Wallyhood once the votes are tallied.

So, get crackin’!  Whip out that knife and create something fantastic to share with your neighbors.
