Thanks to everyone who participated in the 2011 Wallyhood Pumpkin Carving Contest! We had one heck of a lineup this year and we’d like to thank everyone who also took the time to cast their votes. It was a tough call this year, eh? Everyone did such a great job.

All the votes for the best adult and kid pumpkin carvings have been tallied and we’re pleased to announce the winners:

The Steve Jobs pumpkin, carved by 22 year-old Stefan Frohlich wins for Best Adult Carving.

The winner of the Best Kid Carving is 15 year-old Caitlin Gaylord for her Owl pumpkin.

Each winner will receive a super-cool prize pack, courtesy of Archie McPhee, delivered by yours truly.

I’ve never seen such a great display of mad pumpkin carving skills, so each and every participant will also receive a little something, something as a token of our appreciation (also courtesy of Archie McPhee).
