Hand Balancing Workshop at Fuerte Fitness

Fuerte Fitness (1225 N 45th St.) is hosting a Hand Balancing Workshop with instructor Steve Atlas on Saturday, May 19, from 10:00AM – 4:00PM (with a one hour break at 12:00PM). The cost is $50. Here’s a summary of the workshop:

This workshop focuses on balance, flexibility and strength. Steve has experience in a wide range of fitness areas including but not limited to: Yoga, Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, and Exercise Physiology. He combines his wide knowledge base to create a fitness experience that is all encompassing. Steve is a Duo Performing Athlete with 18 years of coaching experience; he has trained over 3000+ athletes including several world class and professional athletes, and is the creator/founder of The Body Practice.

Also, Fuerte Fitness owner Adriana Medina competed in the Emerald Cup Bodybuilding Competition last month, and she took third place, qualifying her for the national competition. Congratulations, Adriana!
