Self Defense Workshop

  • Post author:

Greg Martin from Oom Yung Doe (3845 Bridge Way) wrote to tell us that the school’s first self defense workshop had a great turnout, and the second workshop is this Wednesday night, (3/20) at 6:30pm. Here’s an overview of the class:

You will learn a simple, but powerful self-defense technique that can be used against many different attacks such as a grab to the wrist, arm, shoulder or hair. The same technique can even be used against a punch or a choke! With this technique even a small woman can incapacitate a much larger attacker.

Spaces are filling up. Register in advance: [email protected]
Additional workshops will be held every 3rd Wednesday for the months. Click here to download the flyer.

I’m not sure why’d we’d need this when we can just use our hired help for self defense, but I can’t suppose it’s a bad thing either!

Wally, please please please get rid of this terrible troll. He really amuses himself, but the rest of us are weary….
