Tomorrow is Free Comic Book Day

Margaret Margaret May 3, 2013 1 Comment

FCBD_nodateTomorrow is the first Saturday in May, which means it’s Free Comic Book Day. Comic lovers can head down to Comics Dungeon (319 NE 45th St.) and choose from a variety of free comic books. Get there early for best selection. Comics Dungeon Saturday hours are 10:00am to 8:00pm.

It also happens to be May 4 tomorrow, so when you see any Star Wars characters roaming around Wallingford, be sure and tell them, “May the 4th be with you!” Celebrants of this intergalactic holiday might want to swing by Trophy Cupcakes for their Star Wars Dozen.

Comics Dungeon will have free samplers of my comic A NIGHT AT THE SORRENTO, which is a Kickstarter campaign thru May 6! Time is running out but we can still bring to the world a nice print run of this collection of quirky tale of self-discovery. There’s humor, horror, romance, and the supernatural in this wonderful collection.

I will be around Comics Dungeon and would be happy to draw your portrait or your pet, whatever you like. If you see me, just let me know. I will be around.
