Tomorrow (August 1) from 4pm to 7pm, Wally Pets Food & Supplies Owner, Paul “Brownie” Brown and his friends (including the four-legged, furry kind), will be celebrating his second year of owning the store, located at 4411-C Wallingford Avenue North. Everyone is welcome to stop by and enjoy appetizers and beverages, and he’ll also have treats for his feline and canine fans. Here’s the invite:

Come bring your four-pawed friend for some celebration of a locally-owned shop with appetizers and beverages and, of course, treats for your bud and a chat with Paul ‘Brownie’ Brown and all Wallingford neighborhood pet lovers. It’s like the 1950’s local Barber Shop here for pets and owners! Talk all things Canine, Feline and everything with four paws. (Oh yeah, chickens only have two feet, but we have their food too!)
Paul also adds, “I want to sincerely thank you all for your support and allowing me to fulfill my dream of taking care of animals and contributing to the Wallingford neighborhood.”
Even if you aren’t a pet owner, his tales (and photos) of his world wide travels involving baby elephants, giraffes, orangutans, and THE Running of the Bulls will leave you mesmerized. Here’s a feature I did with Brownie two years back, when he first bought the shop.
