Sonic CrossFit Kids Opening

Looking for great opportunity to keep your kids active while the weather outside is chilly?

Seattle’s first CrossFit Gym dedicated to kids opens this Saturday, right here in Wallingford. Sonic CrossFit Kids coaches Michelle and Ted, both residents of Wallingford, are opening the doors at 4430 Corliss Ave North. Michelle writes,

This Saturday, free classes will be offered in honor of the Seahawks win, starting at 10am, 11am, and 12pm for kids age 5-12. Each class will be 45 minutes in length. Kids will be split into age appropriate groups. They can expect a fun filled class where they will do a warm-up, learn one movement skill, do a workout based on the skill and play a game. Teen classes will be added soon. Classes continue next week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 3:30 pm, 4:30 pm, and 5:30 pm with a special introductory drop-in rate of $5.
