Investigation in Green Lake

Christie August 24, 2017 11 Comments

I personally only like to share good news.  News about the artists, farmers, businesses and neighbors in our community, the things that make where we live great. I like to find beauty and bring light to the small and lovely things that surround us.

But this terrible story of the 3 brothers in the house near Green Lake is deeply disturbing and I feel the community should be made aware.

I cannot bring myself to write about it or even give you a preview, so if you have not yet read or heard of this sad and still unfolding story, here is a link to an article that will tell you all, and perhaps even more, than you need or want to know.

Washington Post article

Hopefully they’ll live long enough to suffer greatly in prison. But who wants to bet their lawyer will convince the judge that they’re too old, and pose no threat?

what happened to innocent till proven guilty? The story is horrific and may get worse; however, their lawyers will do their jobs as best they are able and the lawyers are constitutionally mandated to do so.

How is it that noone in their neighborhood noticed anything out of the ordinary going on over such a long period of time??

Because most of what was “going on” was old dudes sitting in their living room looking at the internet. I bring home bags of shopping all the time, and so do my neighbors; who knows what’s REALLY in them. Could be human heads. Unless they were dragging the little girls home kicking and screaming, none of what they may have gotten up to would attract much attention from neighbors.
