Cubes Baking Company ( 2315 N 45th St ) has been open about a year. They have proven to be a lively neighbor with frequent events. The year seems to have been successful for them as I see quite a few people in the shop, and they get great reviews.
They are celebrating Mexican Independence Day this week with an even on Saturday. Their blurb on the event follows:
We will be hosting a pop-up on Saturday, September 15th from 11am – 3pm featuring tamales by Frelard Tamales, along with artwork and jewelry for sale by Amano Seattle, MariGlvn and Art by Alexia. We’re excited to have these talented folks in our shop for a day of fun, food and culture. We will also have special baked goods throughout our shop that celebrate our heritage and pay homage to our favorite Mexican treats.Below is the link to the Facebook event.
