Get Your Wurst on This Weekend

You’ve probably seen the signs up around the neighborhood, but this weekend is the annual Great Wallingford Wurst Festival, the St. Benedict School’s annual community event and fundraiser.

What:             

JOIN US for The Great Wallingford Wurst Festival

The Wurst Festival is a community event, hosted by St. Benedict, to raise money for our school by bringing together the school’s families along with the surrounding neighborhoods for a fun, entertaining fall festival.

The vision for the festival is to create a safe community event where kids and adults have fun and frivolity while getting to know each other and giving back.

The festival includes live music from 16 local musical acts and bands, great food and beverages, bouncy houses, a “Fun Zone” filled with games for kids with fun prizes, a variety of crafts and vendors, a book fair, a sweet shop, and a beer garden.  

When:      

Friday, September 13, 2019, from 4 p.m. to midnight

Saturday, September 14, 2019, from 10 a.m. to midnight

[The indoor beer garden is open to all ages until 9 p.m. and for ages 21+ from 9 p.m. to midnight both nights.]
