Little Free Pantry

Little Free Pantry

Wallyhood reader Mike wanted to let the neighborhood know about the new Little Free Pantry:

Due to the current pandemic, Wallingford Presbyterian Church has repurposed their Little Free Library into a Little Free Pantry. The mini pantry is located at 1414 N 42nd St. in Wallingford. (One block south of Lincoln High School, corner of 42nd and Ashworth Ave N.) We invite our neighbors to drop by and “take what you need, leave what you can.” The suggested donations are canned protein, shelf-stable meals, granola and protein bars, shelf-stable and powdered milk, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrushes, deodorant, and feminine hygiene products.

According to Littlefreepantry.org, there is one other little free pantry in the neighborhood, at 43rd and 4th Ave NE.
