I volunteered for a July 5 Lake Union clean-up kayak patrol from Puget Sound Keepers Alliance this morning. I have done so in past. This year with 7 kayaks we picked up 34 lb of litter from by Gasworks in an hour. We also photoed 4 lawn chairs sunken; 2 bicycles and a very large 6ft by1ft plank which they will try to get later. Compared to how much from the previous time we cleaned up – this was less than before.

Wallyhood needs you!
