The owner and head baker, Marenka Dobes, is a Wallingford resident who has lived in the area for about ten years. Construction of the bakery is currently underway, and if everything goes to plan a soft opening is planned for December.
Personally, I’m a little too excited to have Lá Liath Bakery nearby. I loved all the baked goods I feasted on during my last trip to the UK and I’m delighted to have the same treats much closer to home.
