Spooktacular Events in Wallingford This Weekend 🎃👻

Megan Dulgar Okabayashi Megan Dulgar Okabayashi October 26, 2024 Comments are off

When we first moved to Wallingford, the previous homeowners warned us to stock up on LOTS of candy—and they weren’t kidding! Every year, around 100 costumed kiddos visit our house. If you want to partake, this is your friendly reminder to get some candy before the shelves at QFC and CVS are bare.  As a parent of young kids who have their costumes planned for the next three years, I can’t get enough of the Halloween spirit.

Inspired by Gary’s story about our neighborhood haunted house, I wanted to share a couple more events to help you celebrate this spooky season:

Pumpkin Carving at Murphy’s
🗓️ Date: Sunday, October 27th
🕚 Time: 11 AM – 1 PM
💰 Cost: $20 includes a pumpkin and all carving supplies (plus they clean up all the pumpkin guts!)
📞 Reservations Required: Call 206-634-2110

Wallingford’s Famous Haunted Alley — benefiting FamilyWorks
🗓️ Dates: October 26th-27th
🕔 Time: 5 PM – 8 PM
🎃 Enjoy spooky games, fun decorations, and of course, loads of candy! This event is free, but donations to FamilyWorks are greatly appreciated. Ghouls of all ages are welcome! @seattlehalloweenalley

Happy haunting! 👻🍬
