Pupusa Fundraiser at the Wallingford United Methodist Church this Sunday 2/9

The Wallingford United Methodist Church is having a pupusa lunch fundraiser this Sunday, February 9th, to raise money for an upcoming mission trip to El Salvador. WUMC has been working with Sister Parish for the last 25 years and is fundraising for another trip in March.

They are asking for donations for the pupusa meal. Cash and credit cards are accepted. Pupusas are a thick, savory griddle cake that are typically stuffed with a variety of fillings such as meat, cheese, beans, or vegetables. They are muy delicioso. Wallingford United Methodist Church is located at 2115 N 42nd Street. The lunch fundraiser will start at about 11:15-11:30 AM, immediately following Sunday church service. All are welcome.
