Assistant Chief Tyrone Davis is a 25-year veteran of the Seattle Police Department. His career has spanned investigations for the Office of Police Accountability, police reform, and training on patrol tactics, including intervention and de-escalation.
Topics for discussion may include: Wallingford crime statistics (misdemeanors and felonies), burglaries (homes and businesses), assaults, car thefts, retail thefts, arsons, integration with Care Team and 911 crisis response, and surveillance use in Seattle. Additionally, behavioral health, drug use, and the city safety plan for the upcoming FIFA World Cup (June-July) may be addressed. Plus, there will be a chance to ask questions.
It should be a very informative meeting.
