The McDonald School Project (a neighbor-driven project to install new playground equipment at 54th Ave N and Latona) is looking for volunteers this weekend: Friday (May 29th) Playground installation will begin on Friday morning between 9 AM and 10 AM. This just in through our Tips line: Looks like there is a medical marijuana bust on Wallingford Ave between 37th and 38th.  Police around all day.  There are news cameras and a small crowd there now waiting for the cops to move the plants.  This is mostly according to well-informed rumors from people in the small crowd.  But I have personally seen the cops there all day. Anyone know anything else?
