Sloooow down

Christine writes that traffic should be slowing down on 40th (in the "don't speed so near my children" sense, not the "OMG, it's like 45th St at rush hour sense"): "They" (traffic cops? whatever) have set up one of those "You are going X mph" devices on 40th! it is located just west of Bagley--measuring speed of drivers going east on 40th. Hopefully this will lead to something about people driving WAY too fast on all the streets around here. :-)
