Not a day goes by that there isn’t a new disturbing report about changes implemented or approved by the new presidential administration. One only needs to see the mostly downward trend in the stock market, numerous reports of a recession on the horizon, inflation continuing unabashed, significant layoffs across the federal workforce, and associated negative effects on local communities and businesses. DSHS Mobile Office
Friday, May 2
10:00 am to 2:00 pm

The DSHS Mobile Community Services Office will be onsite and open to the community! They will be available for applications, changes, ID vouchers, help with programs, such as lifeline phone plans, food, and cash assistance, Medicare Savings Program, and Disability Medical Assistance. Earth Day Cleanup on April 20

Join your neighbors for an Earth Day Clean Up on Saturday, April 19th. Starting at 10 am, volunteers will gather at the southeast corner of N 45th Street and Wallingford Avenue N (across from QFC near Cascadia Pharmacy). Supplies, such as trash grabbers, gloves, trash bags, and safety vests will be available to help you safely beautify our neighborhood.
