Perche No’s re-opening

We got more info no Perche No‘s re-opening this Friday, right from the Kong’s themselves:

Our family is pleased to welcome you back to your “home away from home” as PERCHE’NO Pasta & Vino reopens on Friday, May 15th. We think you will be surprised at some of the additions that we have made as we rebuild. They include an entertainment balcony that floats above our open kitchen and bar, a waiting area with a new front desk and a display case of David’s special culinary ingredients, new counter displays at both the bar and cook line, and upgrades to the private dining room. We can’t wait to show you ourselves.

We also wanted to thank you for your support during this difficult time after the fire. It has been a learning experience for us and we would not have made it without your emails, calls and generous monetary gifts.

Please come in and celebrate our reopening. If you would like reservations, the number is below.

I started Wallyhood back in 2008, right when my son was born, because I realized I had lived in the neighborhood since 1993 and didn't really know my neighbors. I figured writing a blog about what was going on around me would be a good way to meet people and help other people do the same. As the years progressed, those neighbors have picked up the torch and it is now a group effort, which I adore. I moved out of Wallingford for a few years (2020 - 2025), but I'm back, now living with my wife, son and dog (Dillinger) up in Tangletown.
