Man, is this neighborhood a happening place or what?? After you hit the Art Walk this evening, swing on by the Good Shepherd Center (room 202) for a little spirited community culture. The monthly meeting of the Wallingford Community Council will be happening from 7:00-9:00 PM.
This month’s agenda features:
- Reports and announcements on ongoing projects like the McDonald School Playground
- Discussion about the vision of the future for the Good Shepherd Center
- Wallingford Community Senior Center update and some news about a Community Technology Center grant
- Brainstorming for projects to submit for the Neighborhood Matching Fund
- Planning for the May 27th WCC annual meeting – anyone interested in becoming a candidate for board positions is encouraged to come and talk to current board members
- Planning for WCC next year’s work
