GO, GO! – School Meeting TONIGHT at Hamilton

  • Post author:

Yow! – this is happening in less than an hour and a half!  Hurry over to Hamilton if you’ d like to have a chance to catch the ear of the Seattle Public Schools Superintendent and other district and school leaders:

“Welcome Back” Regional Meetings

A meeting is scheduled for each region of the school district where families can meet with Superintendent Maria Goodloe-Johnson, the leadership team, and the region’s Executive Director of Schools.   The meeting for our region (the Northwest Region) is TONIGHT!   It will be held at the new Hamilton International Middle School building, 6:30-8:00 pm.   There will be some presentations, but the majority of the meeting will be devoted to informal interactions between families and district and school leaders.   A great opportunity for expressing yourself!

The address of Hamilton is:   1610 N 41st ST  (along the south side of Wallingford Park).

Helen

Helen has lived in Wallingford for 16 years and think it’s the best neighborhood in Seattle, possibly the world. She has worn a track between her house, QFC and the library and spends a lot time poking her nose into things. She is a mother, does volunteer work and is interested in local, green and child-related issues. She has an advanced degree in English literature and thus reads a lot and enjoys the craft of writing. She also works part-time for her husband’s software company (doesn’t everyone have a software company around here?).
