Don’t ask me how they get the horses on the bikes. But horse or no horse, everyone (everyone 21 and up, that is) is invited to a fundraising party at The Wherehouse (3310 Wallingford Ave) from 7pm Saturday night and supposedly ending at 5am on Sunday.
