Dan writes: Did anyone else see this guy examining houses from the sidewalk this weekend [Monday on 1st NE between 40th and Pacific and Tuesday on 40th between 1st NE and Sunnyside]? Long, straight hair, a goatee, slippers and a bathrobe and he's standing on the sidewalk hovering in front of houses, peering in and the like. I saw him yesterday and again this morning.
