Set your alarm clocks for 5 a.m. tomorrow morning, because that’s when Wallingford’s brand new Uptown Espresso will begin serving their Velvet Foam. I met with Peter and Dow on Tuesday morning (two super-nice guys, I might add) who told me the official news. Make sure you stop in and welcome Peter and Dow to the neighborhood, and let us know what you think!

Hours: Mon-Fri 5:00 am-7:00 pm. Sat-Sun 6:00 am-6:00 pm
