Seattle Schools Closing Two Hours Early Today

Seattle Schools has announced that they are closing school two hours earlier today, due to the weather:

Dear Families,

Seattle Public Schools will close two hours early today, January 17, 2012. All after-school activities are canceled.

Please be prepared to have your student home two hours early.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause today, but predicting the weather is not an easy task. Safety is a top priority for our students. Please monitor local media tonight for announcements about school tomorrow.
