Lucky 7

Jordan Jordan September 7, 2012 Comments are off

Wallyhood welcomes its newest sponsor, Lucky 7 Barber/Salon (1622 N 45th St).

When Lucky 7 asked about becoming a Wallyhood sponsor, we decided we should try a spell in the chair. How’d it turn out? Now, we don’t want to go bragging, but come on, take a look at that sequence. Have you seen a sharper head of hair in your life?

(see slideshow below)

Here’s what they have to say:

Lucky-7 Barber/Salon has been a neighborhood icon for over ten years. Being a small independent business, we’ve created a fun, relaxed and artful environment for the entire family at affordable prices. Our hair stylists  take pride in understanding the needs of our clients, offering  innovative hair cutting techniques, precision and consistency, with superior customer service. And to boot, we offer great conversation!

All of our stylists have several years of experience and specialties.

  • Windy is our lead stylist, with managerial experience and extensive training skills.  She’s been a barber/ stylist for over 11 years with a well rounded skill set for all types of hair services. Her passion is men’s hair; fading, design work and she’s also experienced with color and women’s hair. Whether she’s fading, clipper cutting, texturizing or coloring, Windy is impeccable, with attention to detail to the highest level. Windy has an upbeat, friendly and outgoing personality; her utmost concern and goal is to please every client that walks through the door.
  • La Rhetta  has been cutting hair for over 20 years and well versed with all hair types. She enjoys both women’s and men’s hair cutting and stylizing, specializing as a color technician, with an enjoyment for fashion colors. La Rhetta is friendly and laid back; she truly enjoys being in the “people” business.
  • Alanna has been cutting hair for nearly 7 years and enjoys all aspects of hair cutting plus hair care. Her specialty is long hair and teaching clients how to work with the hair they have to get the hair they want. She also enjoys waxing services and creating the perfect arched brow! Alanna has a warm personality  and loves putting that finishing detailed touch on all her services.

Enjoy is our color line which combines new technology with the latest techniques to create a revolutionary color experience that is gentle on the hair. Infused with Aloe Vera and Micro Pigment Color Molecules you will receive extraordinary color that leaves hair shiny and healthy with amazing coverage guaranteed not to fade.

We carry hair products for women and men: Enjoy Hair Care products, American Crew, Bed head and Woody’s.

Mention Wallyhood or print this coupon for $10 off color with cut starting at $60 or $3 off full-priced cuts.
