Discover a wealth of resources to care for your home, including vendors and presenters on historic home renovation, preservation, and modern upgrades. Brought to you by Historic Wallingford, the Wally-Home Resource Fair is free to attend and will celebrate the history and architecture found here in Wallingford.

Whether you are tackling a big project or just starting to ask questions, this is the place to get real answers from people who know our neighborhood. The Wally-Home Resource Fair connects neighbors with trusted local businesses and experts, helping support the homes and stories that define Wallingford while fostering ongoing stewardship of this beloved neighborhood.

New this year is a free guided walking tour of the neighborhood. Historian Thomas Veith will lead the tour, pointing out and discussing vintage home styles. Space is limited to 20 participants, so please sign up in advance. This hour-long tour starts at 11 am and will take place rain or shine, so participants should plan to dress for the weather.
