Wallyhood welcomes our newest contributor, Victoria Dzenis. On July 9, 2013, Wallingford played host once again to the Annual Seafair Wallingford Parade, known for many years as the “Kiddie Parade”. Considered the longest running Seafair Parade, the Kiddie Parade was in danger of not happening at all in its 64th year, until the Wallingford Chamber of Commerce (WCoC) and the Wallingford Community Senior Center (WCSC) teamed up to make it happen. Wallingford Wading Pool Opens Wednesday

Happy days are here again -- especially if you're a parent to kids who love the Wallingford Wading Pool. Easter Egg Hunt tomorrow at Wallingford Center

Wallingford Center's annual Easter Celebration takes place tomorrow (Saturday, March 30), beginning at 9:00am. The fun starts with the Bubble Man appearing at the West entrance. Then at 10:00am, round up the kiddos (and their baskets) for some good, old fashioned egg huntin'.
