In response to the recent You Go Yoga post, several readers pointed out that the Seattle Holistic Center offers yoga through Wallingford’s Good Shepherd Center. This really shouldn’t have come as a surprise to us, as Mrs. Wallyhood attended their prenatal yoga classes while incubating Baby Z. Says she:

The studio is bright and cheerful, a perfect yoga space, and Collette was really good at listening to each student and tailoring the practice for what we needed. It was also really nice to be surrounded by other pregnant women, it was a female bonding moment. Highly recommended.

And no, that’s not Mrs. Wallyhood sportin’ the prego handstand, just some rad woman from the Internet.
