We got our copy of the Wallingford eNews today, and our porta-potty questions have been answered. It sounds like Wallingford businesses have risen to the challenge and are covering the costs of the porta-potties that the city wouldn’t:
Our initial thought was that 10 potties would be adequate, and we could get 10 businesses to be “Porta-Pottie Patriots” on July 4th to pay for it. But now the Honey Bucket folks have told us we need three banks of 10 potties each for a total of $1700.
But not a problem for our wonderful Wallingford Businesses! We have more than enough businesses who have agreed to be Porta-Potty Patriots and they are covering the cost of the facilities.
We’d salute you, Porta-Potty Patriots, but we still haven’t been able to find out who you are, with two exceptions: Chase bank and the fine folks who run Friday Night at the Meaningful Movies (the free weekly film series that generally includes a discussion with film makers).
No word yet on what film will be showing in their honey bucket, but we’ve got some suggestions.

This is great. Any idea where these will be located?
