We didn’t get our usual e-mail from the organizers letting us know what will be fresh at today’s Wallingford Farmer’s Market (3 – 7 pm, Wallingford Center), but a bit of sleuthing told us that the cooking demonstration at 4 pm will by Chef Alex Pitts of Bella Cosa.

We’ve had the pleasure of chatting food with Alex a number of times on visits to Bella Cosa, and what we say now is true: that man loves food. Passionately. We don’t know what he’s going to prepare, but we’re pretty sure his heart will be one of the ingredients. You should check it out.
