Back in September, we told you that the Sugar on Top salon opened in the former Alterations and Reweaving space (1601 N. 45th St.) Now, stylists Patience and Michelle are holding a grand opening this Friday, November 18, from 7pm-9pm so you can come by, have some wine, and talk to them about the affordably-priced services they offer.
In an email to me, Michelle told me the kinds of services she and Patience specialize in. For Patience, it’s curly hair, Brazilian relaxers and kids, while Michelle specializes in bridal hair/up-do’s, curly hair and men’s hair. “We both love doing color,” she added. “I especially like to do foils and new looks.”
As a special incentive, they’re offering $15 off any one service if you book during the open house, and they suggest that even if you can’t stay long, stop by and make an appointment for later.
