Turkey Out

Don’t want to cook for Thanksgiving? I don’t blame you, and I do have a little piece of good news if you were planning on having a Thanksgiving meal out:

Chutney’s Bistro in Wallingford Center will be serving a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner buffet with all the trimmings, from 11:00am until 8:00pm. The cost is $13.95 per person which also includes a complimentary glass of champagne or wine, or a non-alcoholic drink of your choice. I’m told, too, that guests may also order from Chutney’s regular menu. For more information, call Chutney’s at (206) 634-1000.

After phoning some neighborhood restaurants (Blue Star Cafe, Julia’s, Ivar’s Salmon House, Joule, Tilth, Djan’s, and Rusty Pelican), I discovered that Chutney’s is the only place among them that will be open on Turkey Day. If, however, I’ve missed any other restaurant that’s open for business, please let me know and I’ll add them to the post.
