With regard to the police cars on 3-23, they seemed to be staking out Stoneway for traffic violations. When I went by there were four units writing citations. Stone way is a target for speed and crosswalk violators since a Hamilton child was struck, nearly killed, and left with major head injuries a few years back. They even set up an SPD decoy pedestrian in a white raincoat to repeatedly use the crosswalk and nab those who didn’t stop. Good for them! As for the cars at Halilton, I don’t think they are connected. There are often police there for school related problems.
