Bartell Drugs Food Drive

Bartell Drugs is holding its annual Community Food Drive now through June 10. The food drive benefits Food Lifeline and helps to replenish local food banks during the summer, when families aren’t able to rely on reduced-price or free school meals. Simply stop in at Bartell Drugs (1820 N. 45th St.) to purchase and donate any of the following non-perishable food items:

High Protein Foods

  • Canned tuna/salmon
  • Beef stew/chili
  • Peanut Butter/nuts
  • Beans/legumes

 

Canned & Dry Goods

  • Rice & pasta
  • Breakfast cereal
  • Sauces & spices
  • Macaroni & cheese
  • Canned fruits & vegetables

 

Baby items

  • Baby food
  • (boxes or plastic tubs only- no glass jars)
  • Infant formula
  • Diapers

 

Personal Care Items

  • Toothpaste and toothbrushes
  • Shampoo and conditioner
  • Toilet paper and facial tissues
  • Soap
  • Deodorant
  • Feminine hygiene products
