Abascal Way Volume1_copy-232x340Kathy Abascal is offering a five-week program on the “TQI Diet – The Abascal Way” at the University House beginning Wednesday night, February 27. TQI stands for “to quiet inflammation”, and Kathy, with a background in biochemistry, has developed a diet plan that calls for eliminating certain foods from the diet, thereby enabling the body to quiet inflammation, for health and weight loss. Her past students rave about the diet, and attribute it to eliminating aches, pains and illnesses.

The Seattle Times ran a feature on the TQI Diet back in June, and you can check out her website and Facebook page to learn more.
