A couple of years ago, we reported on the mysterious case of Valentine’s Day hearts set out along the planting strip of Bagley Avenue N. I didn’t see any last year, although perhaps I missed them. But this year, the mysterious somebody is back! When I walked up Corliss Avenue N (between N 40th and N 43rd Streets) on February 11, hearts aplenty adorned the planting strip. And there were some along Bagley, too. How long they will remain is unknown. Will the King of Hearts (or the Queen of Hearts) ever be revealed??
