Just in time for school to start (which is Wednesday, September 4, barring any last minute announcements of a teacher strike), a Hamilton International Middle School parent has created a handy walking map to Hamilton (1601 N. 41st St.) from points in Wallingford and Fremont. Wallingford Family Parade & Festival Fun Times!

Wallyhood welcomes our newest contributor, Victoria Dzenis. On July 9, 2013, Wallingford played host once again to the Annual Seafair Wallingford Parade, known for many years as the “Kiddie Parade”. Wallingford Wading Pool Opens Wednesday

Easter Egg Hunt tomorrow at Wallingford Center

Wallingford Center's annual Easter Celebration takes place tomorrow (Saturday, March 30), beginning at 9:00am. The fun starts with the Bubble Man appearing at the West entrance. Then at 10:00am, round up the kiddos (and their baskets) for some good, old fashioned egg huntin'. The hunt will be organized into four different age groups: those under 3; ages 4-5; ages 6-7; and kids ages 8 and up.
