If you are out and about, you might spot an Olympian in our midst. Virginia Wade, a Wallingford native, is an Olympic alpine skier, in the Special Olympics. She is headed to Austria and the World Special Olympic Games in a few weeks. Virginia, a sixteen-year-old Roosevelt High School freshman, competes in the giant Slalom and the Super G.
