Classes offered for the TQI Diet

Kathy Abascal is offering a five-week program on the "TQI Diet - The Abascal Way" at the University House beginning Wednesday night, February 27. TQI stands for "to quiet inflammation", and Kathy, with a background in biochemistry, has developed a diet plan that calls for eliminating certain foods from the diet, thereby enabling the body to quiet inflammation, for health and weight loss. Most know playwright Tennessee Williams for his classics, A Streetcar Named Desire and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof; however, Williams produced a number of one-act plays up until his death.
