In somewhat less depressing neighborhood news, La Casa Azul Restaurant is now open on N. 45th, in the old Selena's Guadalajara space. Our chum to the north, My Green Lake, is reporting that Tangletown's Bandolero, which morphed from the Pour House, which in turn replaced the Luau Lounge, has shuttered its doors: “I was there Saturday night at 9:30 and it was open as usual with a decent group of customers,” Bandolero patron Sonja Hardenbrook told us. “Walked by Sunday at 3 p.m. and it was all closed up with a goodbye letter on the door.
