Valentine’s Day Starts Early on Corliss

A couple of years ago, we reported on the mysterious case of Valentine’s Day hearts set out along the planting strip of Bagley Avenue N. I didn’t see any last year, although perhaps I missed them. But this year, the mysterious somebody is back! When I walked up Corliss Avenue N (between N 40th and N 43rd Streets) on February 11, hearts aplenty adorned the planting strip.
