Update: 4:43pm: The P-I reports a third burglary occurred last night, on the 4000 block of Sunnyside Avenue North. According to the P-I, "Police believe the burglar entered through an unlocked front door and stole a purse near there. The theft was not discovered until after 6 a.m. Tuesday morning." Did you know rats can tunnel? Yeah, I guess it shouldn't come as a big surprise, they're clever beasts, but we were gobsmacked to discover a network of tunnels running under our chicken coop last weekend, and popping up opportunely near the feed bucket. Community Council Meeting Wednesday

The Wallingford Community Council will hold its March meeting at 7:00 PM, Wednesday March 7th at the Good Shepherd Center. Among the topics on the agenda are: a petition to the city for a crosswalk on N.
