Fresh Fitness and Dance Community Event

To celebrate its first year of business, Wallingford's Fresh Fitness and Dance  (4430 Corliss Avenue N., behind Kabul Restaurant) is hosting an all-day community event this Sunday, February 12. The event is free but they are asking for folks to donate clothing or toiletry items to benefit Mary's Place, a weekday support program for homeless women and children. Last month, we told you about an "Occupy Wallingford" meeting organized by a few Wallingford residents to discuss neighborhood-specific issues.
