4111 Stone Way Design Review on Monday

On Monday, January 23, the public will have a chance to make comments and ask questions about the proposed Stone Way Apartments design -- the four-story mixed use project on 4111 Stone Way N. The meeting will be held beginning at 6:30PM at the University Heights Center (5031 University Way N.E.). Seattle Schools closed Friday

In case you were wondering, or had any doubt whatsoever...here's the official announcement from Seattle Public Schools: Dear Families, Due to concerns about hazardous road conditions, including icy roads, all Seattle Public Schools will be closed on Friday, January 20. The John Stanford Center for Educational Excellence will also be closed to all non-essential personnel. All before and after school activities are canceled. And there will be no preschool or Head Start. Thank you, Office of Public Affairs
